- █ GraphVision windows
-
- Working in the GraphVision environment,
- you often have a number of windows opened.
- A window is a screen area that you can
- open, close, move, resize, zoom and
- overlap. There are several types of
- windows in GraphVision, but most of them
- have the following common elements:
-
- · Title bar
- · Close box
- · Zoom box
- · Minimize box
-
- There are also scrollbar, toolbar,
- speed buttons, etc. for special windows.
-
-
- █ Window elements
-
- The title bar, the topmost horizontal
- bar of a window, contains the name of the
- window (sometimes associated with a
- filename). You can drag the title bar to
- move the window around.
-
- The close box of a window is the box
- in the upper left corner. Click this box
- to quickly close the window.
-
- The zoom box of a window appears in
- the upper right corner. If the button in
- that corner is an up arrow, you can click
- the button to enlarge the window to the
- largest size possible. If the icon is a
- double-headed arrow, the window is already
- at its maximum size. In this case, click
- it to return the window to its previous
- size.
-
- The minimize box is on the left side
- of the zoom box. It appears as a down arrow
- button. Click this to shrink the window to
- the smallest size possible. To return to a
- normal size, click the zoom box.
